Layers of Rest — a 5-session restorative yoga series moving through the five Koshas, from the physical body to the bliss body within. Long-held supported poses, breathwork and meditation. Props provided, all levels welcome. Drop into one session, a 3-pack, or the full journey.
Restorative Yoga is about slowing down and unwinding. The body is supported with props to relax and rest. The poses are held for longer durations to still the body and calm the mind.
