Move Without Fear came from something I kept seeing — people who were scared to move, not because their body couldn't handle it, but because they'd been told it couldn't.

That breaks my heart a little. Because the research tells a very different story.

So much of what we've been led to believe about back pain creates fear rather than curiosity. It keeps people stuck, guarded, and disconnected from what their body is actually capable of.

This workshop is about changing that narrative.

Empowering you to get curious about your body. To ask better questions. To understand that your spine is far more robust and adaptable than you've been told — and that moving freely again is possible.
