Yoga for mobility, strength and  balance is a class of moderate intensity.  This class has a focus on encouraging healthy joints, strengthening muscles and calming the nervous system.  It includes a warm up, seated and standing postures, relaxation and rest.  Whilst not tailored to be a fast paced or sweaty class (I can’t guarantee this - it’s Broome after all) there may be some slow flow sequences of movement and breath.
